In order to open the 'closed eyes ' you should look straight ahead, where your pupil is. Then arch your eyebrow higher by tweezing thinner from this point onwards.
Eyebrow Shapes

- If you want those thick or unruly brows then you should dab a small amount of non-aerosol hairspray with fingertip or you can also spray on a Q-tip and then stroke through brow hair.
- If you want to make your thin brows appear thicker then first fill in sparse areas with the help of an eye-shading pencil. Then blend and soften it.
- Make sure that you avoid applying heavy foundation on the brows because this can make your brows appear orange colored.
- When twee zing, you should pull the hair out in the same direction of hair growth.Whereas at the time of waxing, the brows you should pull off the strip in the opposite direction of the hair growth.
- If you want to avoid in-grown hair then you should apply a toner or astringent directly after tweezing.
- Make sure that before plucking your eyebrows you brush them up first and then sideways. Doing so will show the natural pattern of your eyebrow and will also show any unruly hair that need to be plucked out.
Perfect Shape of Your Brows
- The shape of your brow should follow the natural line of your brow bone.
- The arch should be highest at the outer corner of the pupil.
- To determine where the brow should begin, place a pencil straight up from the side of the nostril.
- To determine where it should end, hold the pencil diagonally against the outer corner of the eye pointing up to the brow bone.
- Brow should extend slightly beyond the eye at which point it should taper slightly down.
- You can always use an eyebrow pencil in a shade closer to your skin to soften your brows.
